Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, internet.......

Been disconnected from the internet for the past couple of days. I've lost count but it felt like three millenia. Or longer. Probably longer.

In other news...my birthday is coming up! This Friday in fact. Of course, you already knew or suspected that (the last post should have been a dead giveaway). With this new birthday I am one year wiser and older. Okay, one year older anyway.

It would be great if at the strike of midnight on your birthday all of your stats would level up like in a video game. All of a sudden I'd get a wisdom +4 and charm +6 or something and I'd have to do a little twirl accompanied by special light effects. But that doesn't happen.

What does happen is that you're sitting around tinkering around like you always do and hours later you realize that you're older. Or worse, someone tells you and you finally remember (happened to me for two birthdays in a row).

So what is in store for Rumoku this year? Will he finally wise up, stop screwing around and take over the world like he's been planning for years now or will apathy set in again? Probably the latter. *Sigh* Some things never change....
