...Finally!
Ook. Sorry it took me some time to finally post something up. You'd think that I would post something up as soon as I got back to my parents' house here. And ordinarily I would but...well, I met a longtime love again and one thing led to another and I spent a lot of time with the love interest (two days straight!). That's right, I'm talking about the PS2. Woo hoo! Man, I was video game celibate for something close to 5 months! That's not healthy, lemme tell you. Anyway, I initially just wanted to try out the games that I had bought to make sure that they worked fine. Big mistake. As soon as I tried out Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time I knew that I going to be a slave to the game until I finished it. The same thing happened when I was testing out Ico on Teddy's PS2 many many moons ago (actually, I think that it was more like two years ago). Those things are worse than the G-virus I tell ya (if you understood that quip, congratulations. You're a certified geek gamer)! Anyway, Prince of Persia (POP) was everything that I had hoped it would be. It's insanely good fun and compelling (I only stopped because my mom made me eat meals. She wouldn't let me live on an IV drip. Feh). Anyway, before I digress any further, the point that I'm trying to make is that I didn't post a new post when I should have because I was busying playing POP. That's all that I was trying to say.
Anyway, now I can talk about the trip here. It was long. I think that I was on that plane for damn near 12 hours. My bum went totally numb. But it wasn't all bad: I got to watch a lot of movies that I really wanted to (like Big Fish, which didn't really live up to my expectations. Not surprising since I had really built it up quite a bit since missing it's run in the cinemas. Still good, but not fantastic). And then there were the stewardessesessss (how do you spell that? Anyway, ha-cha-cha. Wimmen in tight uniforms serving your whims. Gotta love it). Too bad they weren't all that hot. But like Big Fish, I had built up my expectations (of the stewardesses) to dizzying heights. Eh, what to do? It's kinda like the nurse situation (you know what I'm talking about). So lessee...that's two good points for the flight and one bad point. I feel like I should balance my karmic load (or something), so the other bad point is this: people getting out of their seats to reach the bathroom. They had to cross over me (if they were impatient) or they had to wait for me to get out of my seat to facilitate their trip to the bathroom (which iritated me as well since I wanted to watch Big Fish and other movies). Dammit, didn't their mamas tell them that they should always pee BEFORE going on a long trip! Cross your legs if you can't hold it. Sheesh. ^_^.
Anyway, after the 12 odd hours sitting in the plane, it took another hour (by car) to reach Bern (where my parents were). By then my bum could have had a full clip of bullet rounds emptied into it and I wouldn't have noticed. When I arrived at home I thought that I would finally get some sleep before updating my post, but my younger brother insisted that we test out the games that I had bought. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Yeah, that's right...but it also runs like a rotweiller on crack...
