It's sorta top secret...
Well, it's official. I'm now a working man. And where do I work do you ask? Erm...actually, I'm not really sure how to answer that. I mean, I know where it is and everything, but I don't really know the NAME of the company -_-. Kinda embarassing really. I know that it is a branch of the MDC (Multimedia Development Corporation) and all...and that it's an animation company, but beyond that...zilch. Whoa. I hope nobody asks any sort of embarassing questions like: "so, what does your company do?" and "who's your boss?" and "what's the name of your company?" or even "which came first...the chicken or the egg?". Because if they do I might have to pretend that there's a fly on their gonads and attack viciously (after which I would casually ask "oh, and what was your question again?").
Anyway, I didn't really want to talk about what we're doing at the company before I got in, but now...well, I'm still not supposed to be talking about it...I think. But since my boss talked about the project so candidly to me before he even hired me, I guess it should be okay to talk about it. I guess. Think about it as free advertisement.
Anyway, it seems like a brilliant project. The project codename is: Saladin. And the project is an animation about...well, Saladin, the Arab Warrior general diplomat during the crusades. So where do I come into the picture? Well, I'm the everything-monkey. That's right, I do a bit of everything: character design, drawing, storyline checking...whatever they need me to do. I know it sounds like I'm important, but actually I'm not. I just happen to get to try out my hand at a lot of different things. WHeeeeee!
Man, it feels great to be a part of something so grand. Expect Saladin: the Animation, to come to a theater near you sometime in 2007. But for now remember: it's sorta a secret.
Rumoku out!
